Property concern, based in Central Johannesburg, has an opportunity for a Creditors Clerk to join their team for a 3 month contract.

Property background would be advantageous. Immediate availability essential.


Qualifications:


  • Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent
  • Accounting Certificate / Diploma will be advantageous
  • Minimally 3 years of experience in the same role
  • Experience with MDA advantageous

Duties:


  • Process creditors' invoices accurately on a daily basis
  • Ensure all invoices are valid tax invoices and contain all relevant and correct information
  • Ensure no invoices are processed without a valid order and proper authorisation
  • Obtain authorisation for invoices
  • Prepare creditors reconciliations for all creditors and ensure outstanding items are resolved within a reasonable time frame.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is filed according to the agreed filing method
  • Filing of all documents must be undertaken on a regular basis
  • Perform any additional task that may be given by management from time to time
