Required Competencies:
Invoicing, Supplier Payments, discounts
Preparing monthly reconciliations of creditor account statements against age.
Capturing respective bank statement transactions
Supplier Credit limit management
Supplier Accounts Queries
Intercompany Supply accounts management
Monthly documentation for auditing
Prepare creditors reports
Preparation of daily and monthly payments
Requirements:
- QuickBooks experience will be an advantage
- At least 1 / 2 years experience in Accounts payable and receivable
