Accounts Payable

• Supplier accounts reconciliation (Trade & Sundry accounts)
• Preparations of supplier recons as per terms of payments
• Maintaining Vendor Age weekly/monthly
• Raising all necessary adjustments before month-end closure
• Allocation/Matching of payments

Junior Accountant

• Monitoring & Managing accounts payable and receivable statuses.
• Processing of overheads expenses to respective GL accounts
• Coordinating timely payments for vendors and client refunds.
• Reconciliation of company credit cards, expense accounts.
• Maintaining Intercompany financial transactions & On-billing to Inter Company 
• Loading/ reviewing of payments on the bank & processing bank transaction expenses & receivables to correct GL accounts.
• Managing daily and weekly Cashflow.
• Raising all necessary adjustments before month-end closure.
• Assist with month-end financial reporting.
