    Description

    A fast pace logistics company is looking for a Creditors Clerk to manage and control the duties of the creditors department.

    Invoicing, collecting outstanding balances and maintaining customer and supplier accounts. Processing and capturing customer and supplier invoices and information. You will be expected to utilize strong communication and organizational skills and must work well under pressure.

    Roles and Responsibities:

    • Processing accounts and incoming payments
    • Processing of payments, must be verified with supporting documents before payments can be processed
    • To accurately capture invoices in the SAP in order to effect payment on time and accurately to creditors
    • Check quotations against tax invoices to ensure pricing is the same
    • Accurately process invoices in Accounts Payable and post batches daily
    • Closing off invoices on SAP once payment is completed
    • Filing of invoices after payment run
    • Accurately reconcile Creditors Accounts
    • Ensure all job cards are created and closed off after transaction is complete
    • Creditors functions to full capacity.
    Qualifications, Education and Skills requirments
    • Matric
    • Bookkeeping/Accounting Qualification
    • 3-5 years Creditors experience
    • MS Office Package
    • SAP experience
    • Decision making skills
    • Effective verbal and listening communication skills attention to details and high level of accuracy
    • Very effective organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Stress management
    • Time management
    • Logistics background
