    Job Summary

    The Assistant Director of Rooms directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping and Guest Services. They act as the senior manager in these areas directly reporting to the Hotel Manager. Their primary focus is to ensure that standards are met, guests and employees are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs, then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
