Projects and Tender Coordinator


coordinating all tender submission processes and responsible for the resourcing of tenders as well the management of tender administration. Reporting on Tender WIP and the status on how many tenders we have won, lost submitted.
Proposal strategy and design meetings with sales team
Provide administrative support to the Operations
Manager and the Executive Director with regard to Projects, Tenders, Proposals, BBBEE information updates and registration on Supplier databases.
Initiate and secure appointments with existing clients for Operations Manager and Executive Director which includes diary management of such appointments. ∙ Co- ordinate internal meetings and take minutes when required
Book travel and accommodation when required.
Manage all tender documentation and ensure accurate
record keeping of all client data.
Administer electronic CRM system and ensure any
maintain integrity of data.
Attend project initiation meetings and off-site tender
briefings when required.
Compile project plans, proposal writing, PowerPoint
presentations, completion of tenders and ad hoc
administrative duties.
Ensure and maintain accurate filing system and the
preservation and protection of departmental records and
statistics.
Follow up telephonically with consultants on the progress
of all on-going projects. ∙
Prepare and submit all related reports to relevant stakeholders on a weekly/monthly/annual basis as per requirements.
