    Description

    One of our clients in the construction and renovation industry has a contract vacancy available for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales leads over the phone, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, and persuading them to purchase our products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a passion for sales. Although this is a remote position you will be required to meet with clients.

    Job Description:

    • Generate sales leads through outbound calls to potential customers.
    • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.
    • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to close sales opportunities.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • Proven experience in telesales or call centre role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Well spoken in English language, and presentable to meet clients.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Benefits:

    • Own cell phone and laptop required. (Cell phone business calls will be re-imbursed as well as data).
    • Commission based only.
