    Description

    One of our clients in the construction and renovation industry has a contract vacancy available for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales leads over the , engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, and persuading them to purchase our products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a passion for sales. Although this is a remote position you will be required to meet with clients.

    Job Description:

    • Generate sales leads through outbound calls to potential customers.
    • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.
    • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely manner to close sales opportunities.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • Proven experience in telesales or call centre role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Well spoken in English language, and presentable to meet clients.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Benefits:

    • Own cell and laptop required. (Cell business calls will be re-imbursed as well as data).
    • Commission based only.
