As our Senior Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of shaping our salesforce, with a specific focus on recruiting top talent for our call-centre environment.

Your expertise in hiring sales representatives will be the driving force behind ensuring that our pharmaceutical products reach the hands of those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the team of Sales Recruiters
Collaborate with sales and salestraining managers and HR to develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract toptier sales representatives.
Champion our employer branding initiatives to position IPS Health and Wellness as an employer of choice in the industry.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on hiring telesales representatives, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
A keen understanding of the callcentre environment and the unique qualities required in sales representatives to excel in this setting.
A passion for contributing to a positive impact on patients' lives through the recruitment of talented individuals.

A Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Industrial Psychology, HR or Business:

Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)

3+ years' experience in recruitment - preferably within the call-centre environment:

You must be based in Gauteng
our offices are based in Roodepoort and you will be required to work from the office
