Mathandi Nkosi is an Industrial Engineer and Business Optimisation expert with more than 18 years’ experience in her field. Her Key Competencies include Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Complex Problem Solving, Programme & Project Management, and Change Management. Mathandi has held various positions at Transnet within the business optimisation space. In 2020, she successfully led a team focused on the optimisation of the Durban Port’s maintenance processes, with a special emphasis on equipment availability. 

Previously, she had a successful career streamlining business processes and managing projects for the City of Tshwane, SARS, ABSA, SA Mint, and Gyproc. She can also be heard participating in industry conferences as a speaker for Leadership, Change Management, and Business Process Management.
