    Description

    Job Title: Document Controller

    Location:

    Gauteng, Ekurhuleni Metro, Boksburg

    Job Type:

    Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

    Job Duties:

    • Manage and maintain all project documents in accordance with company procedures
    • Organise and categorise documentation for easy retrieval and tracking
    • Ensure all documents are up to date and accurately stored
    • Work closely with project teams to coordinate document flow
    • Monitor and track document revisions and approvals
    • Generate reports on document status and distribution

    Required Qualifications:

    • Matric
    • Diploma in a relevant field

    Experience:

    3 years experience in document control

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Proficient in Document Control processes and procedures
    • Experience working with SharePoint
    • Familiarity with the Mining industry
