B. Pharm degree, certificates in Total Quality Management; Customer Service; Operations Management; particle Counts & Cleanroom Classifications and Biosafety management. Short courses done in Soft people skills, pharmaceutical water systems, ICH harmonisations, WHO guidelines in Vaccine development, etc
