• Taking candidates through the registration process before theirSELT exams which includes; Checking ID presented conforms to the current SELT ID policy, Check the ID photo against the candidate, Check names (all 3 parts – look for extras/missing/mistakes), Check DOB, ID number, ID expiry Date, Nationality, Signature matches, Check ID details on Examination Report against original documentation, Check photo uploaded to TOL is a match against the candidate present and the ID that they have presented, Check that scanned and uploaded ID is an accurate copy of the ID presented by the candidate, Check over address for any anomalies and ask candidate to confirm, Check that candidate has no electronic devices, Make a visual check for any blue-tooth devices in and behind the ears, Follow correct procedure when problematic IDs are presented.

• Dealing with no passes refusals and withholds in a confidential manner – talking the candidate through the process and giving them the necessary guidance on the way forward.

• Invigilating for ISE exams on a weekly basis; making sure that all test papers are handled securely/sent back to Preston/discarded in the correct manner.

• Participating in marketing and charity events on a regular basis including Melas.

• Travelling to and assisting at fellow centres across the network including Manchester, Cardiff and Bristol on a regular basis, as well as running the weekend session in Leicester.

• Making sure that we are familiar with any policy changes that may be implemented by the Home Office and security teams

• Assisting with Home Office Compliance visits

• Ensuring a smooth operation of various processes and adherence to Trinity's policies, procedures as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain the security and integrity of the tests
