    Description

    RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our client's team in the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry, in Durban. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and achieving sales targets by leading a team of sales representatives and implementing effective sales strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
    • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to sales representatives
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas of growth
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
    • Knowledge of the Industrial Equipment Supplier industry and market trends
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
