Job purpose:


To aggressively influence drive for the growth and acquisition of all sales through indirect authority, and manage the introduction of all new products to Company and Divisional expectations and targets, within the allocated Division.


Key Accountable Responsibilities:


  • Accountable for generating sales to achieve set Divisional targets.
  • Accountable for the successful introduction and management of all new products.
  • Develops reporting metrics, manages, monitors and regularly reports on projects and all other deliverables.
  • Responds to assigned sales and revenue operational crises matters, and intervenes, assists and takes appropriate action.

Competency and qualification requirements:


  • Diploma in business or related field (NQF 6)
  • 5 years' extensive experience in project management
  • 5 years' experience in micro finance
  • Intermediate computer literacy

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 5 years (preferred)
