Requirements:

- _ Higher Certificate / NQF5 in Sales, Marketing, or related field_
- _ Masters/Honours/Post Grad Qualification in Business Management or Sales (preferable)_
- _ A minimum of 4-5 years of related experience and/or training in customer service and sales in the construction and mining industry_
- _ Extensive product knowledge of Crawler Cranes, Foundation Equipment, and other construction equipment_
- _ Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities_
- _ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills_
- _ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software_
- _ Experience in managing a sales team (preferable)_
- _ Extensive knowledge of the construction and mining market with a respective network of contacts_
