I have worked within USA and UK geographical based campaigns. Largest headcount of 900+ FTE. I worked with a variety of WFM tools such as EWFM,Nice,EVS,Cisco Finesse,Zendesk and Cisco Incontact.

I am focused on putting my passions and skills to good use by supporting organisations in every way possible.
