    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Catering Operations Manager to join our team in Pretoria.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the catering operations, including the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the catering services.


    The ideal candidate should have a degree in hospitality management or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

    They should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:


    • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the catering services
    • Managing the budget and ensuring that all costs are kept within the allocated budget
    • Ensuring that all catering services are provided in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
    • Ensuring that all staff are properly trained and motivated
    • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the catering services
    • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
