• Direct and monitor route planning
• Monitor postings in coordination with HR
• Manage Controllers
• Logistical Support
• Training, Evaluation, Motivation
• Transport
• Daily System checks
• Client Liaison
• Customer Relations Management
• Weekly meetings and monthly comms
• Reports
• Problem Solving and reaction
• Systems check reports
• Sales
• Liase with client inform about possible equipment/services
• Communicate with Sales Team
• Follow up
• Finances and Accounts
• Identify equipment needs
• Purchasing
• Coordinate with admin/finance RE RECEIPTS ETC
• Human Resources
• ID and state requirements
• Guard queries liaise with HR

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work 12hour shifts (day/night)
• Must have min 5 years' experience as an operations manager.
