- Ensuring rates, terms & conditions, specials are loaded and accurate in Tourplan.
- Calm and professional manner of servicing agents and inhouse consultants.
- Tourism related qualification or related field experience.
- Previous Tourplan knowledge would be advantageous.
- A willingness and aptitude to learn
- General knowledge of the tourism or industry terms
- Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines and keep on top of your job
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability
