Our store in
Sandton, Gauteng needs a dedicated Assistant Store Manager.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting the store manager in all aspects of the store management process
Assisting with the administration of the store
Assisting with the development of new sales.
Effectively delegating and managing the team
Managing employee schedules and enforcing disciplinary actions.
Provide regular assistance to customers and provide troubleshooting expertise as needed
Providing leadership and guidance to the team
Driving the sales and profitability of the store
Ensuring the store meets all safety standards
Building and maintaining a high level of customer experience
Resolving customer service issues and complaints
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners and vendors
Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment
Building and maintaining a positive work environment for all associates

What it will take:

Knowledge of retail & the Burnt brand
Experience in training and managing a team.
Outstanding communication and management abilities
Excellent organizing skills
Commercial awareness
Knowledge of retail management software (e.g. Dear, Shopify POS etc) is beneficial.
Own transport to our store at Sandton is required.
Must be based in Gauteng.
