    Description

    Hire Resolve, a renowned recruitment agency, is currently seeking a skilled Quality Controller to join a leading company in the Packaging industry. As a Quality Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control are maintained throughout the packaging process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform quality checks on packaging materials and finished products
    • Ensure compliance with packaging specifications and standards
    • Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly
    • Conduct regular inspections of packaging lines to ensure proper functioning
    • Collaborate with the production team to address quality concerns and implement improvements
    • Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and results
    • Train and educate employees on quality control principles and practices
    • Monitor adherence to safety regulations

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Quality Controller in the packaging industry
    • Knowledge of packaging materials, specifications, and standards
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software
    • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
