- Tertiary Qualification in Quality Management
- Degree in Engineering or similar operational and technical field
- Formal training in QMS tools ie. root cause analysis, trend analysis(SPC, histograms etc.)
- 5 years' experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
- Experience in latest versions of Q1, IATF , ISO , ISO ,
- Control plans, FMEA's
- Dimensional gauging related experience, including gauge control , GR&R , CMM
- Microsoft office proficient with advanced to expert level in excel (must be able to import, access and analyze large datasets frequently and with ease, and distil this to summarized and actionable reports)
- Skills and Knowledge

- Strong and clear communicator
- Ability to skillfully and respectfully engage with all levels of people
- Professional conduct, ethics and integrity
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
