Main Job Responsibilities

Maintenance of production Outputs.

Monitor that daily production targets are achieved at all machines under your control

Organizes and plans daily production requirements for the section to achieve the targets

Monitor and control efficiencies at all workstations to ensure optimum results

Monitors all machines set up and change overs

Monitors that all machines are operating as per work instructions

Carries out all reasonable and direct instructions given by supervision

Reports all visual machinery faults to maintenance staff

Report all production related issues to your superior

Prepares productions reports by filling in prescribed documentations

Monitors daily raw materials and consumables levels

Adheres carefully to quality and technical procedures and product specifications

Monitors, control and record all defects on the standard sheet
Qualification and Experience

Minimum Grade 12

3 years of production experience with at least 12 months of supervisory.

Accurate with figures and calculations

Computer literacy

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

Results driven and able to perform under pressure

Knowledge and understanding on Health Safety regulations

Self motivated committed to achieve company goals and objectives

Analytical and problem solving ability
