    Description

    Hire Resolve is partnering with a leading Equipment Supplier in the industry to assist them in finding an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role will be based in Boksburg, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring efficient sales operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products
    • Maintain accurate sales records and assist with sales reports
    • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategies
    • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role
    • Diploma or Higher Certificate in business administration, marketing, or a related field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
    • Experience in the equipment supplier industry will be advantageous
