I am an experienced and passionate Systems Analyst with over 10 years of experience mainly within the Financial Services sector (Banking). My expertise ranges from Business Process Engineering, Business Analysis, System analysis, Project Management, Business Process Optimization and Change Management. I have exposure in evaluating and improving business systems.
I am dedicated individual with the ability to effectively manage and achieve project goals, leveraging on my complex understanding of systems engineering concepts ringing forth a proven track record of effectively researching and analyzing business processes and procedures, designing, and implementing business solutions.
My people skills have helped me over the years to form healthy strong relationships with all stakeholders from junior to executive level. ● Gather business requirements (Absence of a business analyst in the project)
● Work with the Business analyst
● Understand the business requirement, Understand the AS-IS process
● Meet and coordinate with internal stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
● Produce a solution context diagram based on the BRS
● Solution the requirements with the architect
● Provide Process modeling.
● Translate business requirements and produce a functional requirements document
● Produce use stories for developers on Jira
● Second in command for the scum master
● Lead Daily stand-up ceremonies
● Monitor the project with the technical team and run the Jira ceremonies /project stand-up
● Communicate with business stakeholders on the project or requirements status
● Document a processes or work with the process engineer
● Review training documents put together by training division
● Project manage (absence of a project manager)
● Produce data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
● Provide support to developers, test analyst and learning and development teams.
● Work with developers to produce a change release document.
● Load a change request for production implementation and present it to the change management manager
● Working in an agile environment
