I have an overall of 8 years experience in Administration/ Reception and Internal Sales .
With exposure to fields such as Corporate Gifting, Security Barriers, Truck and Trailer Servicing as well as Manufacturing.

I am currently employed as an Internal Sales Lady in the Manufacturing Industry of Valves: The main purpose of my role is to responsibly carry out all internal sales activities, compilation of sales quotations, give technical advice, assist production with technical information. 

I am able to adapt easily in any working environment, work well under pressure with very little supervision. I tend to be very reserved as a result that I am focused and aimed at delivering the best service possible  with attention to detail and ask a lot of questions.

I prioritize and understand the urgency of certain tasks and deadlines, I have also participated in Audits and put together systems or worksheets that help keep track of work records and progress. This in essence helps improve my workload and better customer satisfaction.

EXTRA MORAL ACTIVITIES: 

I did voluntary work at Synergy, which was a non-profit organization aimed at sustainable development in education to help improve reading and writing abilities at previous disadvantaged schools. DUTIES: Teaching children how to read and write with understanding.  

COURSES: Team building, Communication and Leadership Skills.
