Worked in a call centre environment for 7 years, mainly in customer service using the live chat and email platform. I have assisted Operations with new intakes for the campaign after they have completed their training by doing coaching’s, side by side's, listening in on their calls, making sure that the correct processes are followed as well as, making sure that their quality is being met as per the client’s expectations. Gained knowledge and experience within the travel industry, mainly hospitality (booking hotels/guest houses). I have managed to build and better my customer service skills and knowledge by assisting customers with their current issues by resolving their problems, helping them find a resolution, and managing irate clients on a day-to-day basis.

As a call centre agent, I have spent 6 years and 2 months in total working for a UK-based company in customer service retail, network-based department, Technical Support, and now being a Travel Consultant. Part of the Anglo-American and De Beers market at Webhelp within the Egencia campaign where we mainly assist and with hotels, especially imminent bookings, card payments by raising bill backs, generating new credit cards, and managing emails and invoices.
