    Description

    Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager with a minimum of five years of experience to oversee our social media presence and strategy. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media plans, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and driving audience engagement and growth.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement strategic social media plans that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    2. Manage and maintain our company's presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    3. Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including images, videos, graphics, and written copy, that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand identity.
    4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive engagement and relationships with our audience.
    5. Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and leverage insights to optimize content strategies, improve performance, and stay ahead of the competition.
    6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer service teams, to align social media initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
    7. Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement, increase followers, and support marketing and sales objectives.
    8. Analyze and report on key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
    9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and changes in social media algorithms, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize results.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
    2. Minimum of five years of experience in social media management or related roles.
    3. Proven track record of managing social media channels and driving engagement and growth.
    4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
    6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
    7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    9. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    10. Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
