American and Canadian optometric practices.
We are looking to hire a social media manager who can build our brand, analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions and plan digital campaigns to market ECP.
About the Social Media Manager Role
:
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Use social media marketing tools to create/maintain ECP's brand
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs
- Excellent written communication skills
- Selfstarter to obtain and write meaningful content
- Creative graphic design experience
- Natural aesthetic ability to make all things professional and engaging
- High Aptitude for technology. Google suite, Canva or more advanced design software, website design and management
- Video creator
- Good time management with ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in analyzing and collecting engagement data
