  • Company project designs. 
  • Open and maintain customers rewards programs cards capturing accounts information, resolve products and system queries clarifying the customers’ complaints. 
  • Determining the cause of the problem and assist with resolutions.
  • Acceleration of correction and escalation of unresolvable issues to seniors. 
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments, meet personal or team sales targets and alternatives within the timeline and follow up to ensure resolutions.
