    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Officer to join our client's team. As a Technical Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to various departments within the company. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, conducting maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and assistance to various departments
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
    • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
    • Document and maintain records of maintenance activities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
    • Keep updated with the latest technological advancements in the field

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Networking or other Technical related fields.
    • Experience in smart metering or other Technical Roles.
    • Strong knowledge of technical systems and equipment
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a team
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
    • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours if required
