Job Overview
The Information Technology Specialist is responsible for the effective operation of information systems services and support across the organization.
The Information Technology Specialist serves as a technical expert for the configuration, administration, management, maintenance and support of IT systems and networks within FACHS Group.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- IT support (company desktops, laptops, servers, and software support).
- Microsoft Office 365 & SharePoint configuration and management.
- Information System security services (Antivirus, Security practices & Backups).
- Website maintenance & Learner Management System (LMS).
- Digital marketing & Social media management. (_Inc. SEO & SEM_)
- Media buying (PPC).
- IT Service management (Internal & External).
- Provide technical advice and assistance to office staff as needed.
- Assisting with network administration tasks.
Qualification requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
OR
- Professional Certifications in areas of specialisation related to the job specifications.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in IT areas of specialisation related to the job specifications.
Technical competency requirements
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
- Personable, professional demeanour.
