    Description
    Training needs analysis & Training implementation
    Identify training and development needs within an organisation through the performance review
    spreadsheet created by HR.
    Determine and document skills gaps.
    Identify internal ad external training programs to address competency gaps.
    Formulate / document the training plan for the year.
    Assist with identify strategic partners to deliver on the training of learnerships SETA accredited.
    Identify eligible employees participate in the learnership.
    Get sign off by department line manager for the training requested.
    Inform learners of the training dates for the year.
    Processing approval of payment /Invoice for service providers.
    Report on the status of training courses completed.
    Project managing the annual recommended training append by company for the EE and WSP
    Ensure that all required documents are kept in order to claim on the spend EE & WSP
    Collate employee training records for EE & WSP
    Assist with the submission of WSP /ATR online report to the various SETA (For Group Entity
    Assist with EE report submission.
    Assist with monthly EE data files for training.
    Liaise with payroll for the collection of monthly EMP 201s
    Assist with the implementing and coordinating workplace/SETA learnership.
    Relationship management with MERSETA Liaison officer.
    Oversee the process of uploading learnership for the REMA Tip Top Group on to MERSETA Website.
    Managing the mandatory training -tracking and sourcing relevant training.
    Set up and run a training & development committee.
    Monthly update on training and development strategy action plan and what has been achieved.
    Training Matrix updated on monthly basis.
    Education
    Grade 12
    Diploma in Human Resource and development /ET DP SETA Sector
    +3 years experience in Training
    MERSETA will be advantageous.
    Knowledge and skills
    Substantial knowledge of WSP & SETAs
    Knowledge and understanding of all skills development related Acts and Laws
    Accuracy for data capturing purposes / Excel knowledge /Presentation Skills
