    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Securities Regulation Specialist to join our team in Pietermaritzburg.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on securities regulations and compliance matters.

    The role will involve researching and interpreting applicable laws and regulations, and providing advice on the implications of such regulations.


    The ideal candidate should have a degree in law, finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in securities regulation.

    The candidate should have a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment, and be able to identify and analyze potential risks.


    The successful candidate will be expected to:

    • Research and interpret applicable laws and regulations
    • Provide advice on the implications of such regulations
    • Monitor and review compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
    • Identify and analyze potential risks
    • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies
    • Provide training and guidance to staff on securities regulations
