    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Payroll Compliance Specialist for Energy Sector to join our team in Pietermaritzburg.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that payroll processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

    This includes monitoring and analyzing changes in payroll legislation, developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to the payroll team.


    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in payroll compliance
    • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
