    beBee Professionals is seeking a Compliance Counsel to join our team in Pietermaritzburg.

    The Compliance Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on compliance matters, including the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

    The ideal candidate should have a law degree and at least 5 years of experience in a compliance role.

    The candidate should have a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.


    The Compliance Counsel will be responsible for:

    • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
    • Monitoring and enforcing compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Investigating and resolving compliance issues
    • Advising on legal matters related to compliance
    • Developing and delivering training on compliance topics
    • Maintaining records of compliance activities
    • Assisting with the development of compliance plans
