About Humaira Mea:
I am a service professional with over a decade of experience in serving the public. Nine of those years have been spent in a supervisory/ managerial role.
I am currently a part time English tutor to foreign students, online. This is a new endeavour that I am thoroughly enjoying as it has been beneficial to my communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
In my previous position as Customer Service Manager at Isipele Security, I led the customer service team in ensuring that customer complaints and questions were dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
