    Customer Support Representatives Freelance Customer Service / Support
    Description
    beBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Benoni.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general administrative support.


    The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong customer service background.

    They should also have a good understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    The successful candidate will be expected to:

    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
    • Provide general administrative support
    • Maintain customer records
    • Monitor customer feedback
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Follow up on customer inquiries
    • Assist with other customer service related tasks as required

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • At least two years of customer service experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service background
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Good understanding of customer service principles and practices
