    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading consulting firm in the water and environmental sector who is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
    • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
    • Monitor and report on project progress
    • Maintain project documentation and files
    • Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Provide administrative support to the project team
    • Perform other project-related tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or related role
    • Experience in the water and environmental sector
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
