Description

The Senior Project Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day progress of projects. You will manage project documentation and provide guidance to teams on how to improve their processes.

You will also be required to perform reviews on all aspects of project documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate at all times.

Additionally, you'll ensure that your drive all follow ups for the project manager and assist the team in ensuring successful delivery of the project.

Qualifications

One or more tertiary qualification(s) issued by a registered tertiary institution that is/are relevant to the role of the Project Administrator, OR
Project Management qualification; OR
One or more industry accredited course credential(s) that is/are relevant to the role of the Project Administrator AND
A minimum of 5 (five) years' experience at managerial level in a Project Administrator or equivalent role.

Requirements:

Ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the requirements, Providing guidance to project teams.
Maintaining and integrating project plans; Tracking and reporting overall progress.
Planning and scheduling resources for a group of projects; Monitoring resource utilization.
Performing quality reviews.
Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library, and supporting the relevant Programme Manager(s)and Project Manager(s) with various activities
Ability to collaborate and work as a part of a team.
Ability to be selfmanaged, ethical, and honest.
Attention to detail.
Ability to ensure that all allocated tasks are closed and completed within acceptable times.
Ability to write and communicate well.
Ability to be respectful and seek to build relationships.
Have a pragmatic approach to business transformation.
Strong presentation skills at board level or executive management level; and
Experience and capability of working in leading IT technology project, with a large, impacted numbers.
This role is an onsite 85pm role.
