    Description

    We are seeking a young, energetic and talented peoples-person to join our team.


    The key role is to support the Teng Tools department head with whatever he needs help with. This means learning and taking responsibility for tasks, such as (but not limited to) sales and administrative related tasks, processing orders, picking and packing orders, maintaining and updating information on our sales channels, making and taking phone calls, drafting emails, driving, collecting, delivering orders etc.


    Teng Tools, the brand you will be representing, is a competitive tool brand, that is not only unique in its quality but also in its concept. The brand is relatively unknown to the market and therefore needs to be introduced in the right way, by the right people, to the right people.


    That's why we need you to be an intuitive, energetic individual that has a passion for customer service and isn't scared of hard work. You are not only part of a team selling excellent tools, but you are selling a brand that is focused on service excellence.


    We want our sales team to represent our target market, but more importantly, to grow with us and conquer the African market.


    YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Process sales using our ERP (enterprise resource planning) software
    • Pick and pack orders
    • Collect and deliver whenever necessary
    • Make and take calls from customers and suppliers, taking adequate notes
    • Place and receive orders, following up when necessary
    • Manage inventory
    • Manage a shared email box
    • Maintain correct information across the various sales channels
    • Maintain social presence on our social platforms and newsletters
    • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
    • Take part in trade shows including build-up, interacting with customers during the show, and break-down.
    • Assist with product demonstrations/training
    • Assist the Teng Tools department head in getting stuff done

    • A drivers license is essential
