Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.

As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to our overall efficiency.


As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Effective general administration, data management and reporting
  • Effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding administration
  • Effective teamwork and selfmanagement
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 year's secretarial/admin experience, preferably in retail /FMCG


  • Grade 12/NQF level

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
