We create animated training and learning videos to help democratise education and translate this content into any language to extend access to everyone around the world.
We mainly work with innovative clients and social organisations that align with our values.
For example, supplying training videos to African entrepreneurs so they can advance their business and improve the economy of their country from within.
As well as providing a service, we also have plans to create our own products to sell on a subscription model.

Role Description
We are looking for an organised and motivated individual to support our efforts in projects that we're working on.
Workloads will vary week to week, but on a typical day/week you might be; updating clients on project statuses on a conference call, working out schedules with animators around the globe, liaising with voice over artists and uploading project files to Dropbox/Google Drive.
Responsibilities
- Personal Assistant
- Working with the managing director
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Organising travel and itineraries
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Various ad hoc requests
- Bookkeeping
- Working with the managing director
- Bank reconciliation
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
- Organising payments schedules
- Monthly payroll
- Administrative
- Working with the entire team
- Implementing and maintaining procedural documentation and administrative systems
- Working and managing databases
- Organise travel arrangements, planning and programming of meetings
- Supporting the day to day running of the company
- Human Resources
- Working with the entire team
- Maintain employee records
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Assist in performance management processes
- Managing staff
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in an administrative role
- A top performer have a commitment to overachievement
- Team player. Able to work remotely as part of a team
- Ability to be self sufficient and take ownership of results
- Comfort level and ability to work remotely often alternating between tasks as priorities dictate. Diligent about meeting deadlines and thoroughly completing tasks
- Has a personal computer and mobile
- Native level of English. Other languages are a plus
- Knowledge and interest in animation and eLearning
- Familiar with online project management tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox etc.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero
