    Job Description: Contracts Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish a culture of safety first
    • Ensure compliance with safety practices
    • Manage cost efficiencies
    • Oversee stock management
    • Maintain quality standards

    Qualifications:

    Essential Qualifications:

    National Diploma in Operations/Production Management

    Supervisory Development Program certificate

    Supply Chain Management certificate

    Desirable Qualifications:

    Six Sigma Green Belt Certified

    Experience:

    7-10 years in Production Management within an outsourced environment

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • Results-driven
    • Business acumen
    • Computer literacy
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • People management
    • Knowledge of safety legislation

    Preferred Education:

    Certificate - Supply Chain Management, Diploma - Operations Management, Diploma - Supply Chain Management

    Preferred Level of Work Experience:

    7-10 years
