Description

Cape Cookies is a manufacturer in the FMCG sector, based in Maitland, requiring the services of an experienced Packing Supervisor who must have at least three (3) years' experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry.

A working knowledge of SAP is essential. Must be able to work shifts.

This is a Temporary position from appointment until the mid-December 2023 factory shutdown.

Key Performance Areas:

Ensure food products are made according to Food Safety and Quality Standards
Manufacture good quality products with minimum wastage in a safe environment
Recording of all production processes for accurate and timeous reporting
Managing staff
Work with production indicators

Requirements:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to meet deadlines and perform within a team.
Good numeric skills.
Problem solver.
Maintain good working relationships.

Qualification:

Matric with relevant tertiary qualification.
