    Description

    RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Civil Contract Manager to join our client's team in the construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing civil contracts for construction projects.     Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee civil contracts for construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
    • Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
    • Negotiate and prepare contracts, change orders, and project variations.
    • Monitor project progress and take appropriate actions to ensure project completion within budget and timeline.
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing civil contracts in the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate project teams.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
