    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • To ensure compliance with applicable legislation in an efficient and effective manner.
    • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and industry regulatory requirements by updating policies and procedures.
    • Developing policies.
    • Providing input to the Regulatory Universe.
    • Assistance on compliance issues.
    • Essential: Graduate qualification in Law (LLB) / Commerce BCom (LLB) or equivalent
    • Preferred: Diploma in Compliance Risk Management.
    • Minimum 8 years' experience in the Long-Term Insurance industry, of which 5 years should be in Regulatory Compliance Risk Management.
    • Experience in compliance monitoring principles.
