Duties include:
Responsible for preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for ± 580 employees on SAGE 300 People
payroll system.
Gathering and examining timesheets to ensure their validity.
Maintaining a record of employees’ annual and sick leaves.
Preparing and distributing hard copy or electronic pay checks.
Performing all tasks well before the pay run to ensure that staff members are compensated and notified on
time.
Coordinating with the Payroll Administrator in preparing all payroll paperwork.
Updating employee work schedules.
High level of confidentiality and strict attention to detail.
Efficient and accurate administration relating to procedures and requirements for Payroll Processing
Monthly payroll input.
Importing, balancing and checking hours/shifts on Time and Attendance system.
Filing of workforce personal files
Strict compliance to Payroll deadlines.
Liaise with managers.
Completion of UIF required information.

Time and Attendance Administrator 01 February 2020 – 31 September 2022
Duties include:
Collect and compile HR Supporting documents, and check for accuracy and completeness before submission
on payroll.
Review exception from the Time and Attendance system, obtain feedback and resolve within 48 hours.
Taking fingerprints and sending Reports.
Review and verify employee attendance clocking, hours worked and pay rule assignment on a daily, weekly
and monthly basis.
Scanning and remaining of documents and keep the filling system maintained.
Prepare word, Excel and PowerPoints documents.
Ensure induction of new employee of new employee are done at head office on first day of work.

Duties include:
Assist with stock reports.
Assist with compiling of plaza bi-monthly stationery and consumable requirements.
Assist with issuing of stationery and uniforms.
Assist with obtaining electrical and water meter readings from plaza and updating spreadsheet.
Maintain a satisfied level of customer service.
Work proactively with other team members.
Assist with the CCTV Monitoring for Plazas remotely.
