Position Overview:


A well established and reputable financial services group is seeking to appoint an experienced
Senior Team Leader -
Head Office Security Operations.


The main purpose of this position is to
provide managerial leadership and strategic direction to the Head Office Security Operations function within the Group Security Management Department of the institution.



Key Performance Areas:

Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Security Management
:


  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a
    _complex financial services industry_

  • At least
    3 years' experience in a Senior Management:
  • Solid knowledge of** Inhouse Security Management, Risk and Compliance Management, and Stakeholder Engagement.
